Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AdsBriny, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Content Guidelines
All advertisements submitted to AdsBriny must comply with our content standards. Ads must be truthful, non-deceptive, and must not promote illegal products or services.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on our platform: illegal goods or services, adult/explicit material, hate speech or discrimination, misleading or fraudulent claims, counterfeit products.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your credentials. AdsBriny is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
Ad Approval Process
All submitted advertisements are subject to review. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any advertisement that violates these guidelines. Standard review takes 24-48 hours.

1. Use of the Platform
AdsBriny grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for lawful advertising purposes.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
2. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant AdsBriny a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your advertisement on the platform.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to use all images, videos, logos, and other materials included in your advertisements.
3. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability
AdsBriny is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
